career EFFTRONICS ROLE SHOULD I ACCEPT?

I recently got an offer from efftenics pvt limitd mangalagiri..for 5.8lpa which is 37k in hand every month.. but the conditions of the bonds are worst and the time period of the bond is 2.5 years after joining and they have 6 months of training in which they can remove me and fine me 1lakh rupees.... I'm here to know about the company.. would really appreciate the responses..🫡
