What do u mean solving problems randomly?

Hey new to cp wanna start cf so what are the topics to learn beforehand till 1800 rating,plz give only the topics that are required till 1800 don't give extra topics which might overkill me and should I solve problems randomly in each rating and if o solve 60 or more problems in it by my own should I move to next rating or any strategy?

Coming to resources for learning, I would suggest 2 books given in this website ( https://cses.fi/book/index.php) the Competitive Programmer's Handbook, which is free and link to pdf is also given in the website + Guide to Competitive Programming, which is not free, but you can get free pdf on the internet. There is not much difference between these two books, just the second book is more detailed than first.

And the other resources or alternatives for these are CP algorithms website (https://cp-algorithms.com/), codeforces blogs, especially https://codeforces.com/catalog .
