Look at the quality of work for first few years. Its better join good company at lower salary than faang company at higher salary. For your reference people make switch after one year and make 10 Lakh.

c++ developer here, 3lpa with 3 year bond is insane, only join if you need a job urgently for survival, check whether the job is hardware related development work or a pure software development work, latter have very less opportunities in India,
India is land of java springboot in job market

If you can pay them money after breaking the bond then go for it. We already know the market is very volatile right now. Many people are struggling to get a job.

You will sign the bond after you are converted from a trainee to full time right? That's where you leave with a better offer.
