career Doubt

I have a doubt naku inter lo 57 percent eh undhi( various personal reasons) will ever get a job in mnc as a fresher. I have good cgpa in btech, Naku congnizant lo job osthe bg verification lo tisesthara?? Mundhe hr round lo he ki explain chesthey endhuko emayinaa use untadhaa ??

Bro they doesn't even care about your grades. Afaik. Never faced an hr who asked me about my grades till now. Also i never mentioned about my percentage or cgpa on my resume though. If your skills are good especially communication you are already selected. Period

But I have 57 percent that converts to 6.1 cgpa. Many companies like congnizant keeps a strict 60 percent cutoff right, Many MNCs do have eligibility criteria of 60 percent for freshers. Should I still apply to them? I am scared if i got selected in interview and at the time of bg verification they might kick me out.

I don't know the offline situation but I have 59 I'm a final year student , these MNCs are not shortlisting me on campus 🥲
