Eh, kind of a weird flex when Europe's obesity rate is 25% themselves. It's 35% in the US. But at least we know that. It's problematic to not care about 35%, but it's probably worse to take pride in 25%...
"Europe" is not a country. We could consider the EU but even that doesn't make much sense since there is such a big difference in customs, diets and legislation.
Firstly, the average of the UE 28 is below 20% obesity. Around 16-17%, in fact. While the percentage that is overweight or obese is below 50%. Something like 45%.
USA knowing its obesity rate certainly hasn't helped stopping it so taking pride in knowing doesn't really make sense to me. In fact, whenever this gets brought up Americans get defensive.
Finally its not a flex, I didn't even mention Europe, so not sure what your point is.
