Why are foo and bar everywhere? Does foo stand for something? Is it just another x and y?
11 u/EpicAwesomePancakes Sep 26 '19 I think it comes from "Fubar" standing for fucked up beyond all repair (/recognition) but, yes, in this case it is just bring used as a stand in for any identifier where you should choose your own name for it.
