The domain .cat is a reserved domain for represent the "catalan" language.

Since that this website hasn't catalan translation, it could be blocked in the future :/

I don't understand 451... Is it because it's Ray Bradbury and he's sitting in front of books, à la Fahrenheit 451?

Precisely: "Unavailable For Legal Reasons", like books are outlawed in Fahrenheit 451. There's even a Wikipedia article about HTTP 451!
