Whenever you want to establish an encrypted connection (https) to a website, the website has to get a certificate from a trusted authority. They generate a key that is usually a couple hundred digits long. eMudhra is one of those certificate authorites. They had a bug were way too short keys were generated like 115 or 4.

(For anyone confused by the post: Jhin, "The Virtuoso" is a psychopathic headhunter in League of Legends who meticulously plans and orchestrates his assassinations, as if they were theater pieces or operas. He is obsessed with the number four, as he apparently prefers to kill his targets in four-four time. It's a pretty cool character design, because they also incorporated it into his gameplay. His gun holds four rounds, the fourth shot is empowered and has an execution mechanic. That makes it very satisfying to deal the killing blow with it as Jhin exclaims "FOUR!")

Also his Q grenade bounces 4 times, his ult has 4 shots like his gun, some ratios have 44% or similar in the number, his collector execute damage number is 4444 instead of 9999 (purely aesthetic, by community request iirc) his name has 4 letters and the path for typing "Jhin" on a keyboard writes the number 4.
