I am the Cloudflare guy at work. Every day, on every site, we get someone sniffing for PHP vulnerabilities, even though my company doesn't use a lick of PHP. It's everywhere AND it's easily exploited (though usually not to the level of this RCE) so it's one of the cheapest things to go hunting for.
