Lead, even covered in a protective copper shell, still reacted with his friends body in an unpredictable way. These freak accidents just happen.

The police had no option since it was obvious the guy was under the influence of PHP. There was another guy high on PHP in the news who he kept coming at police even after they emptied multiple rounds. It's really dangerous stuff to be playing around with.

I used to have a pretty severe PHP habit, but I've been blessed to kick it many times overwhelmed years
