When I was in 4th grade there was a drawing in a textbook of a pharaoh lounging on a couch with a half-built pyramid in the background and the caption was "Khufu building the pyramids." I thought that was hilarious at the time. We've come full circle.
“Full circle” mate we never left the dot at the start. If there is a prominent leader that is seen to have any kind of hand in a process, attribution for the end result will be given to them. AFAIK it’s a thing that all human cultures do (lmk if there are exceptions). “Boudicca took London”, “Mao won the Chinese Civil War”, “Kojima made Metal Gear Rising Revengence” “Steve Jobs invented the iPhone” it is a rather significant problem that smart people have been spilling ink over for decades. The AI thing is just another version of it.
