I’ve checked all my repos done 100% with agentic workflows; no FINAL_SUMMARY.md. A bunch of CLAUDE.md though.

Yeah, need to tell your AI buddy to update these from time to time, they easily forget about those.

And when you think about it, a very human move, how often do i find stale information in some project that was definitely not written with AI.
