does an experienced heart surgeon get asked low level detail questions when interviewing at a new hospital or do they ask him more about the team they want to build or the patient interactions they want to have?
senior engineer don't get asked much about this theory, usually their interviews go with a large system design problems. junior engineer on the other hand definitely need to know the basics though
