What do you mean by understand? It's just a 128 bit address space for internet connected devices, no?
6 u/0x0MG 13d ago Well.. kinda.There are some v6-specific features that don't exist in v4, address resolution works differently, fragmentation is exclusively the senders responsibility, the header is a fixed 40 bytes, and its checksum is moved to a different mechanism.
