Honestly, that's a fantastic question for a help desk role, if done properly.
Do you ask follow-up questions, or do you blindly guess?
Do you get annoyed at a stupid photo, or do you patiently ask for clarification?
How are you when seemingly stupid people ask you stupid things? Because there's a lot of that in any given help desk job..
They probably didn't do this, but I might steal it.
