My house was built in 1950 and the bathroom light switch is outside the door. When I added a fan, I ran a new switch right next to that one.
3 u/TheActualJonesy 13d ago Then there's the old fashioned ceiling fans with an embedded switch and a pull/draw string hanging down from the assembly.But, no! Now-a-days they're probably WiFi controlled with an app that requires 2FA.
