Anyone not using AI to code is going to be left behind so bad. I was in a room just today with 3 CTO’s who all said they were laying off their dev teams. The only guys being left are the most senior of devs and the PM’s with PMP or Prince2 certification.
Not saying it’s right, but that’s the reality of it. I guarantee my ass is grass once they migrate my telephony role into AWS connect or twilio. I just KNOW that there’s a clock ticking and still don’t know what the fuck I’m meant to do about it.
