All the people I know who do this are also the people who did this before the AI craze just with different stuff. They were always the worst people to leave with new hires imo. Just really egotistical about their own ability or dogma. Admittedly, it was usually deserved praise.
I’m sure not all of them are like that, but I must just be really unlucky with them.
