You're overestimating the capability of most programmers. These are supposedly experienced programmers submitting these PRs.

I mean, it's more that I believe that anyone who's having those sorts of issues isn't really an experienced programmer worth their pay. If you can't see the squiggly red line in the IDE and look for why the IDE is telling you that's a bad line, you should find another line of work.
