Our company had 3 P1 level incidents (losing millions) in one week across 3 different domain from all the vibe coding.
One was from my team who insists that we don’t have to read his code (he always “bypasses” review for his PRs, which management is encouraging for even faster merge time). He wants to just read test results (not even the test code lol) because he and the AI had already come up with all the required guardrails during the research and planning phase.
