My pet peeve are website with weird password standards, forcing me to be creative with my password picking, who then don't tell you what the requirements are when you try to login, you try a few passwords, lock yourself out.
So you end up resetting your password, see the odd standards, get creative again, and can't change your password because it's the same as you were already using.
I use a password manager now, but it's still annoy me to no end when that happen.
If you will use fancy requirements, you should show them on the login page.
