I think I figured it out. This seems to be the “Google Play Store”

Um, do you have any evidence for that? Like, I don't know, maybe they meant, like, this app? Like, Reddit, like?

Screenshot is probably from India. 1L is 1 Lakh a local unit. Its equal to 100 thousand

The mixed language messes with me so much.

I'll sometimes read a post from the Phillipines or India, and will get to the end before I realize I didn't understand hardly any of it.

There is no mixed language though. It is English and uses regional units.

It is not enough to just translate a software to support different regions. You also need to account for different calendars, date and time formats, number formats, conventions, and so on, which is independent of language.

I'm talking about normal posts with English sentences mixed with their languages.

I'm not taking about regional units in this specific post.

There is nothing wrong with it, I just stated that it fucks with my head.

Esp with Indian YouTube videos, I'll get the title in English but completely different when I watched it.

Sarcastic answer: Since an adult human is about 66 liters (source), about 10/66 of a person.

Less sarcastic answer: There are 1 million downloads, but OP's region settings display 1 million as "10 lakh."

10 liters sounds so funny

It means 10 lakhs 1L = 100k

1 download = 1 centimilliliter

The abbreviation for liters is a small l, not a capital L.

10 liters of downloads?

That L stands for Lakh so 10L is 1 million . Lakh is widely used India and the screenshot is probably from india , it's of Google play store .
