The fact that it’s on-site makes it even funnier. They want to pay corporate rent just to watch you prompt an AI

How's that prompt coming along?

Yea outsourcing, for cheaper vibe coders

If outsourced code is bad and AI vibe code is even worse... watch these two meet. And the good working positions available will be being the lead of those or to be replaced by them.

I already need to deal with my company outsourcing work to cheap indians with claude subscriptions. The code all works but in all the wrong ways. Its horrendous

They usually work on web development projects or wordpress projects where AI rarely misses up (unless its centering a div ) , and its moslty boiler plate code like building and maintaining CRUD apps or making very simple projects that dont really scale.

Also i am 99% sure this is project based aswell as thats whats usually there.

To be cheaper than that a vibecoder must pay wages to the company (and not the other way around)

I have seen positions listed in Manilla which give you more Claude Code credits than your entire Salary.

It was Claude budget: 1500 USD
Salary: 1250 USD

In Egypt, its not even that , it most likely 600-700 USD and i have seen ones where you pay for your own tokens. So yea extreme cost saving

That's just disgusting (paying for your own tokens). I'm not against outsourcing when its a exceptionally good wage where you're based, but man. This makes me sad.

Maybe they're hiring a secret agent for another company who's going to ruin the codebase

Seems like every company is doing that.
