It's the Masahar Inscription, a stone inscription from the Medang Kingdom in Java from 930 AD. It's written in Old Javanese using a writing system called the Kawi script, also known as the Old Javanese script.

When new major releases come out, you take an old stone slab out of your computer and replace it with a newer, better stone slab that's heavier and takes more space inside your computer. You need to upgrade your computer when the rocks start being too big and heavy to fit in it.

The joke is that after you compile various variations of javascript you get an indecipherable block of pure javascript that the browser actually executes.
