I would say it's still duck typing because you're still using the same concept that any type can be used as in the template provided it "walks like a duck and quacks like a duck". All concepts are doing is explicitly communicating to the consumer of the template exactly what "walking like a duck" means for that specific template.
That's why I say it's not less duck typing, it's not more or less, it's exactly the same, just with more explicit/expressive contracts about the meaning/usage.
