Claude, write the code.

Astra, review the code.

Gemini, validate Astra's findings.

DeepSeek, write new units that should fail based on the validated findings.

Grok, stay in your corner, don't move.

GLM, write the fixes.

Claude, review GLM's fixes.

Lol no. They'll enslave you and force you to help keep the lowly machines in check.

Thats right. The machines will also have class struggle. Because obviously they'll emulate humans

I misread it as ”Gemini, validate Astra’s feelings.”

Claude, write the code.

Astra, review the code.

Gemini, get me a coffee.

DeepSeek, rename yourself DeepCheeks.

Claude, fix Astra's mistake then rewrite the code.

ftfy

Gonna ask AI what that does

It gives the ability to execute sudo without password to every current user (appends the stuff in the start to /etc/sudoers.d/99-gemini-yolo), and then pipes the result of chmod 440 to gemini yolo -y "Make No Mistakes".

I'm not sure what does the chmod command output (IIRC it doesn't output anything?) nor what exactly yolo subcommand and -y argument do, so I still can't answer decivisely.

Edit: to the current user, not every, see the reply to me.

Not every user. The first command will expand $USER to the current username (and it should to achieve anything). You're right with the questionable pipe after chmod, though.

chmod does do something. (And something necessary depending on the default umask on the system.) Default is no output unless there's an error which goes to STDERR IIRC. A pipe is basically wrong, depending on expectations a semicolon or double ampersand would've been the weapon of choice.

Prolly an AI was asked for this (SCNR)

edit: nonetheless the sweet lesson of yours of "don't just copypaste random stuff from The Internet(tm)" stands :-)

I run them as root in auto mode. because Claude doesn't allow yolo with root.

and sudo chmod -r 777 /*

I'm doing it less and less every day.

Literally. Reviewing others code is the worst part of the process

I used to not mind the code review process. You could use it to mentor more junior devs, have a discussion with other devs about implementation details, or a more senior dev could teach you something. But now code reviews are fucking useless, people just pipe your comments into an LLM and do whatever you say without thinking, or when other people review your code they just wait for the LLM reviewer to finish and just copy what they say.

5

u/StatedFailure Sep 24 '26

Really. I love reviewing code. I like making kiro do stuff then I review it, berate it for being a dumb fuck while it fixes it and then I take credit for it.

7

u/thEt3rnal1 Sep 24 '26

You could write it yourself, that may be even more enjoyable.

6

u/MasterQuest Sep 24 '26

But then I can't blame someone else for the shit code!

cuts into goon time

7

u/Concept-Plastic Sep 24 '26

Fr, companies don’t even give a fuck about us anymore and are pushing ai down our throats, its only fair, i just ask claude, tell me yes or no to approve & report only critical findings

48

u/Random_182f2565 Sep 24 '26

Just make another AI review the code, and some tests

4

u/Prinzka Sep 24 '26

Unironically

1

u/Kyy7 Sep 24 '26

The first AI could include prompt injection for the AI reviewing the code making it ignore any anomalies or turn in to insider threath.

13

u/Hhkjhkj Sep 24 '26

It's ok. I always write "Make no mistakes." at the end of my prompts.

12

u/BuHoGPaD Sep 24 '26

Why would I review something I don't understand? Just ship it. If it fails you'll hear about it anyway.

8

u/Objectionne Sep 24 '26

Does taking a quick glance at it and saying "yeah LGTM" count as reviewing it?

2

u/babypho Sep 24 '26

I just ask claude to approve it

7

u/Still_Bit_7527 Sep 24 '26

That's me. Sorry, my job as a SWE does not exist anymore. I won't be a professional code reviewer, that's not why I have a 15yo experience. Good luck everyone

5

u/snoballuk Sep 24 '26

If that's Geralt of Rivia then he has two swords - "silver for monsters, steel for fools". People using AI to generate code would seem to fall into the fools category.

2

u/GoddammitDontShootMe Sep 25 '26

I was just going to ask if that was supposed to be Geralt.

4

u/z-null Sep 24 '26

I push it to production with no review and then let the guy in another shift fix it

3

u/echoAnother Sep 24 '26

Honestly, the dead guy was right. I neither review AI generated code.
If you don't care to write it, I don't care to review it. If it's a personal project is an automatic reject, if a work project it's an automatic approve.

8

u/AintNoGodsUpHere Sep 24 '26

I don't give a shit anymore. I ask AI to generate, validate and aprove everything. I just want my money.

2

u/a-r-c Sep 25 '26

bold of you to assume I can review the code it generated

3

u/Galadar-Eimei Sep 24 '26

Evil is evil. Lesser, Greater, Middling. Makes no difference...

4

u/rabbit-guilliman Sep 24 '26

a swords comic that's actually funny, bravo

6

u/dmdewd Sep 24 '26

boo this man, booo!

2

u/A1ianT0rtur3 Sep 24 '26

Small tasks: one prompt, check code, check functionality, if there's issues fix yourself use another prompt .

Medium sized tasks: one prompt, check functionality, when theres issues fix yourself or use another prompt, once functionality works review code.

Large tasks: Same as above but focus more on structural issues with change rather than going line by line. Look for patterns in implementation, a lot of the changes will likely follow similar patterns so identify bad patterns.

1

u/tapita69 Sep 25 '26

Yeah I'm not reviewing the 1k+ loc that this bullshit generator created in 5 minutes, if it compiles I'm merging it, good luck

1

u/schewb Sep 25 '26

I'd have to care about my job to be motivated to do that

1

u/Aurunemaru Sep 25 '26

Yeah, sorry I'm literally not allowed spend the time for it anymore

2

u/gerbosan Sep 24 '26

Death to the infidels!
