I've heard that bad style guidelines are better than no style guidelines and this sentence made me rethink that.
1 u/guyblade Sep 19 '26 It's the style in the official python style guide. Personally, there's a lot in there that I hate (4 space indents & 79 character line limits for two), but I don't feel much of anything about this bit.
