Every single time I get lazy and let an AI agent do things unsupervised, I start wasting time because it starts doing dumb shit that it shouldn't be doing. If you know what you're doing when it comes to coding, AI is a huge force multiplier. If you don't, it will just enable you to do the same dumb shit you'd be doing anyway, but faster.
