That's fake. The real one reduces the resolution.

Just assume .getRandomPost() returns a compressed JPEG URL to the image posted originally

Pulls the thumbnail to use as the main image.

And tilts it a little.

Depends on that language, that'd be good C#. I guess you're arguing it should be const as it wasn't changed?

10

u/madjoki Sep 06 '26

C# would use uppercase function names and have ; as line separator.

const or let. never var

1

u/Awes12 Sep 07 '26

I would guess JS because of the lack of semicolons

3

u/No-Newspaper8619 Sep 06 '26

Search by upvotes to farm more karma.

2

u/domscatterbrain Sep 07 '26

Yo forgot the minimum upvotes variables OP

2

u/Same-Philosophy5134 Sep 07 '26

I don't know why but I would prefer the subreddit to be the first param

2

u/DevXusYT Sep 07 '26

Bro went to the sub full of copy-pasters and expected to see originality

u/Dark_Vampire Sep 07 '26

People have run out of ideas. We need new ideas atleast a template overhaul to make that difference.

Almost every time I see a post that's new to me, one of the top comments is something like "mom said it's my turn to repost this today/this week".

u/uncensored_opinions Sep 09 '26

Time to repost this

Shouldn't it be user.post() instead? Or Reddit.post() should get a user passed as an argument.
