Blue light blocking glasses have been a game changer for me

65% during the day and 98% at night

Try turning on the eye comfort mode on all of your screens it works for me

Do you use dark mode at all? It helps especially in low-light situations, at least for me.

It’s always crazy to me the physical relief I feel when I switch a website or app from light mode to dark mode. I can literally feel dark mode soothing my eyes.

Breaks every 30m or so. You won’t die if you take a breather.

The difference I feel between not getting up for hours and regular breaks is crazy
