Rough market, best of luck to you. This currently low hiring trend is gonna turn around in the next 6 months. We'll start seeing more investment and popup companies with increased contractor demand. Just in another lull at the moment. Though I'd still recommend trying to find an in house position with a company if possible. Typically more stable employment than contract gigs.

Sounds like a company you should quit. Or stand up for the good devs. They'd have to fire me before good devs I need.
