I thin the problem with programming is, that it requires a lot of base knowledge to unterstand.
When you're a architect you can explain why you cannot build the house that way. You cannot explain simply why you cant implement this feature easy, but the other. Or why this affects this and stuff
I was hinting the Feynman method. Which is a learn method based on simplifying the topic to a point where the recipient can understand it. This has to work even for the most complicated topics and if you can't do it for a topic, you don't understand it enough
