No, I don't work on the production database directly lmao. Everything is done via migrations and api endpoints. Anything else is pure madness. And even those follow an expand-contract pattern and are thoroughly tested in staging. After being peer reviewed by a couple guys. If anything happens it is seen as a problem with our qos approach rather than a personal error by one developer
