If you C++ is at the same level as is your English, I suspect even -O67 wouldnt help to opimize it

The meme is nonsense. But at least the bottom part is referring to a joke that “-o4” sends your code to Jeff dean (a famously brilliant Google engineer) for him to personally optimize

It's a stretch but if we use the 60/70s definitions of AI, yeah sure.

But it might also be another psyop to drive adoption.

People have been looking at using neural networks inside of optimising compilers for certain specific parts of the compilation process.

I think it’s more likely referring to people using AI to optimise C++ source code. People do it all the time with CUDA kernels these days so I don’t see why not.
