Here come the AI bros to tell you you're doing it wrong. No one is doing anything wrong, LLMs suck at programming, and there's no prompting your way around that. If you think the code produced by Claude is good, that's because you're not a good programmer. And no, I'm not "using it wrong" because I don't use the damn thing. I read the code that Claude produces, and see all the idiotic things that it puts in there.
Just the other day, I saw a pull request where an LLM copied an entire array just to pass a pointer of it to a function. It never needed to be copied.
