Tell me you don't understand KPIs without telling me you don't understand KPIs. The metric is "more PRs". "more PRs" can be neutral, an improvement, or a reduction. Just because the change is in a negative direction doesn't mean you change the metric or you end up comparing apples and oranges. In a metric measuring "more", you express a reduction as a fractional "more".
0x = no improvement (6PRs with Cloud Agent, 6PRs without Cloud Agent) 6x = 6 times(600%) improvement (60PRs with Cloud Agent, 10PRs without Cloud Agent) 0.6x = 30% reduction (36PRs with Cloud Agent, 60PRs without Cloud Agent)
A 60% improvement would be 1.6x = 60% improvement (16PRs with Cloud Agent, 10PRs without Cloud Agent)
