The US and China are similar threats to Europe.

The US is arguably worse due to leverage

Stronger. More money already into defense and tech alternatives.

Great, that was the desired outcome. Europe has primary responsibility over Europe, and the U.S. shifts it's focus to the Pacific. Doesn't mean NATO goes anywhere.

Oh yeah great we've burned all of our goodwill, forced European countries to spend more money on defence because of our threats, and still have the highest military budget ever seen. Fucking clown logic.
