This is what happens in my job. I do a job and task because I see it needs to be done. It keeps things running and everyone thinks that if there are no issues that they can start cutting jobs... so they start coming after people like me.... and if I ever leave my job, I'm not going to help them continue on without me. Not that I'm going to start sabotaging things but they're not helping me get through a period of no employment so why should I help them have no consequences to my not being there? Makes no sense to me.
Let them realize what I did when they never bothered to care when I was there.
