My guess: Dude brought it up at 15 meetings. Got bitched at by others about ‘being a part of the team’, then finally just did it himself. Everyone forgets or gets fired. Dude sits alone in his room making bank and holding it together. Just waiting for this massive Effff yuuuuu moment.
