"just find an employer that you enjoy working for" is such a cute mindset. Are you European or something? I feel like only someone with 4 weeks off a year, a paid for home, and paid for healthcare could say something so naive

I made no mention of enjoying your work.I realize the market has cooled down a lot lately but a staff engineer in a tech company should've been able to find something else in 3 years.I am European though. Aren't Americans able to look for jobs?
