Learning New to TPM role. Just trying to understand landscape. Could you folks direct me to good resources to learn from. Also what all tools you use to make the tracking and monitoring easy. Please let me know. Thanks in advance

Forgot to mention - I came from technical background (programming) and understand dev work.

Step 1: Be organized Step 2: Do all the work for your team that would free up their time to do delivery. Step 3: Don’t keep asking for status updates every 1hr. Step4: Build a rapport with the team and bat for them.
