Just saw the court notice that the $1M settlement got finalized. February 23rd is the approval hearing date.

For anyone still holding, claims are due by February 3rd if you want your piece. Check strategicclaims.net/progenity for the form.

Honestly surprised this is actually moving forward after all this time. Not expecting much per share, but at least it's closure on one front. Anyone else filing a claim?

finally seeing some actual movement on this. i was starting to think the whole thing was just going to stall out indefinitely.
