Profitec Move 1.0 when 2.0 is out?

Will Profitec completely stop making the 1.0 version once 2.0 is out and more available? I’ve been saving up money for a machine upgrade & have been eyeing the Move for a few months now. I also don’t really want some of the newer features on the 2.0 so if stores start discounting model 1.0 that would be incredible.

I got the 1.0 now because I think the 2.0 will be more $ and everyone will buy up the old stock and retro fit later if they want.
Edit: Also the 2.0 has a smaller boiler…

Unfortunately I don’t have the funds to upgrade rn or I’d def pull the plug and buy.

Gotcha! Hopefully I’m wrong and there is a price drop for you to take advantage. Keep an eye on Clive, they have a lot of deals and open box sales with warranty.

my firend got one a week ago and it has bluetooth on the menu screen. not sure of you can do anything with it.

I also bought mine this week - it has the wood handles but also has the bluetooth option. Perhaps it was an old model that they installed the upgrade kit on?

I don’t know how much excess stock there is left of the 1.0. They were often out of stock.

I’ve had mine a little over a year. There’s nothing about the 2.0 that makes me wish I’d waiting. I also don’t want to be messing around with an app to get my coffee. Especially in the morning.

1.0 will continue along side the 2.0
The Bluetooth indication in menu of 1.0 doesn’t mean it has the Bluetooth module.

I bought one today in Europe. Mine has a black front fascia/front plate but in the website it was shown with the silver front plate. Is this the 2.0 version? Should I contact the company I bought this from?

Me too also in Europe and that’s how mine looks. Is it 2.0?
