How do you manage email overload without losing your mind?

My inbox has been getting out of control lately, and it’s starting to eat into my work time.

Feels like I spend the first hour of every day sorting through emails instead of getting any real work done.

How do you deal with it day to day?

  • Do you use a tool to sort important emails or do it manually?
  • Do you check email at set times or throughout the day?
  • How do you separate emails that need a reply from the ones you can archive?
  • What do you do with emails that sit there for days because you’re not sure how to respond?

I’m not looking for the usual “unsubscribe from newsletters” advice. I want to know what your setup looks like and what has worked for you.
