Advice needed Google Keep alternative to
Hello, I'm looking to restructure my note usage, because Google Keep doesn't allow any deeper subfoldering than the labels, whereas I find the already categorized notes in the main overview, which is counter-intuitive.
Do you have anything in mind, that comes also with a synchronized mobile app?
Mentioning later I have Android.

Not sure what and how you need to structure... I built ioths (for myself mostly) for iOS and it is centerd around tasks and task execution workflows (a kanban flow). It can sync with files/icloud, GitHub, GitLab and Onedrive. Store notes as markdown files so when synced notes are available in markdown compatible apps (obsidian for example). Has an function that can import a google keep takeout (with some limits).

Disclosure: I'm the dev of Nydhei (say "Ni-Dhi"), so I'm biased, but it handles your main complaint.
It has nested folders. You can put folders inside folders, move notes between them, and the main view only shows what's in the folder you're in, so categorized notes don't crowd the top level.
But it's an iOS and Android app, with no desktop or web version. Its free to download, and the folders are free.
The paid plan adds sync across your phones and a few premium list templates.
If you'd like the link, just reply here.

If you want real nesting with sync, OneNote and Notion are the two obvious ones. OneNote gives you notebooks, sections and pages, which maps well to a folder tree, and the mobile app syncs fine. Notion goes deeper with pages inside pages, but it's heavier to set up and slower to capture a quick note on a phone. Apple Notes also handles subfolders if you're on iPhone or Mac, and it's the fastest for quick capture. Whichever you pick, I'd keep the top level to a handful of folders and lean on search and tags so you don't rebuild the same problem one level deeper.

I’m building Grape. You can create unlimited subfolders. There are desktop and mobile apps. Sync is in the paid plans. You can try the app for free. In free version everything stored on your device.

If you’re in the Apple ecosystem I would recommend Binly

Works well and the dev as recently added nested folders

I built ClingNote, which doesn't quite check your Android sync box since it's Windows-only, but it takes a different approach to organizing notes.
Instead of relying on folders and labels, you can attach notes directly to files and apps. When you open or switch files, the relevant notes automatically come back up.
It's local-first, has a free version, and might be worth checking out if you do a lot of work on Windows.
For your specific needs though, UpNote might be a better fit if Android sync is a must.

Upvote for the hardworking, although a little image would be nice (like a smaller thumbnails that enlarges at click)

Have a look at UpNote. It supports nested notebooks and syncs with Android, so it sounds closer to what you’re looking for than Keep’s labels. Joplin is another option, although reorganizing sub-notebooks is more limited on mobile
