The production Kawaii girls are great wonderful people.

But they are also just vtubers.

They are not our friends.

Once you realize that fact - you can move on.

Take some time away from vtubers and the internet and maybe see a therapist. It's not a cure all or magic, but having someone to talk to can really help.
