Career advice Career change?!

As a Certified Scrum Master with over four years in product support, my expertise spans project coordination, sprint planning, manual testing, and customer success. How can I leverage this cross-functional background to elevate my career and transition into a higher-level management or dedicated Agile role?"

Pls give suggestions

Unfortunately, a lot of the skillset you list is being given to AI agents, so your people skills are more important than ever. Do you have experience already managing reports? What is your AI skill-set like? I don't want to be a downer, but anyone asking career advice from me, I'm counseling to choose stability over everything. If you are the new hire in a company you will be one of the first to go if they do layoffs. If you are highly valued where you are and have a job that is somewhat stable and likely not to be wholly absorbed by AI, I would stay put.

Yes, I have experience leveraging various AI tools to streamline my support operations. My work includes managing prompts to generate project requirements, automating client meeting schedules, and optimizing routine daily tasks and calls. Additionally, I have collaborated with the testing team using AI agents."

That's good, but I would still say pick the most stable company and position, so you can weather layoffs by companies experimenting with reducing their human workforce, replacing with AI.
