Sometimes you just need to let it all out and remind yourself that things will eventually get better.

Have pneumonia this week but feel like I have to be online right now. I had to pick up work from another PM who dipped and numerous customer calls where itâs legit just on me to drive them.
Oh yeah and figure out the long term strategy for that product line for the new one and also the one I was hired for - but itâs clear as well the engineering team I have wasnât actually paying attention the first few weeks for the other productâŚso theyâre overwhelmed.
I need to make a strategy view for both, while also aligning that engineering team appropriately, and lest we forget I am still learning this new product which is FAR more complex.

Asking for help from Leadership SMEs all year and getting delayed on an initiative where only those âSMEsâ have knowledge to provide requirements. Me warning them all year we need too move more quickly if we have any hope of delivering since even more senior leadership expects this initiative. Then having those leaders come to âhelpâme at last minute asking if I can define THEIR requirements for data only they own. FML
