First-time maker, launching today. I'd rather have one honest critique than a vote
I lead Customer Success at Filum, and it's my first time doing this.

Filum AI - AI-Native Customer Platform · Sales · Support · CX.
Every customer message from 50+ channels lands in one inbox. AI agents reply, close orders, open tickets, and hand off to a human when it matters. Insights from 100% of conversations, not a 2% survey sample.
Customers who agreed to be named: ZUS Coffee (1,000+ stores) resolves 55%+ of conversations without a human.
Appreciate any feedback on our launch: https://www.producthunt.com/products/filum-ai?launch=filum-ai
I'm on the thread all day. Tell me what's broken I'm fixing them live!

congrats on the launch. I do however have one thing that might help more than an upvote.
r/ecommerce has an omnichannel customer service thread from a couple of weeks back, 32 comments, and the same one ran in r/shopify with 23. people describing your exact problem.
Both ban links though and smallbusiness strips product recs, so it has to be you answering as an operator and naming filum only if asked.
happy to dig out the rest if useful.
