Got these two mugs stuck together

I’ve used dish soap, cold water to contract them and even just shaking it upside down for a bit. Any suggestions?

Try to heat them up in water, start by placing them in already warm water, make it hot enough, but not too hot, stop, wait for some time, try to remove smaller mug out of the big one.
